My Expertise
How I can support you:
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, digital transformation and business development, I stand for sustainable solutions and measurable success. My career is characterized by building and leading high-performance teams: As such, I have built two key business units – Marketing and Digital Transformation – from the ground up, recruiting and targeting the right talent to efficiently put strategies into practice.
In my career, I have played a key role in optimizing operational tasks. Through targeted team development measures, I have established international standards and raised my marketing team to a global level of knowledge. These measures not only led to a significant increase in efficiency, but also to higher quality in day-to-day work. My approach combines leadership and change management expertise to guide teams through change and successfully establish new processes.
My cross-departmental work has also proven its worth in my responsibility for company-wide audits. Here I was able to build bridges between departments and optimize processes in such a way that sustainable improvements and efficiency gains were achieved. My goal is to drive companies forward strategically and operationally – with a clear focus on collaboration, innovation and measurable results.
Competencies that make the difference:
- Strategic thinking: developing and implementing data-based strategies that increase operational efficiency and unlock new business potential. My focus is on combining corporate goals with modern technologies and proven methods.
- Project management: Establishing and managing key areas such as marketing and digital transformation. With successful team development, targeted talent management (e.g. BI experts and data analysts) and efficient implementation of complex projects, I ensure sustainable results.
- Change management: Supporting companies in the introduction and optimization of new processes, with a particular focus on leading and guiding teams through change processes. My approach combines strategic foresight with human sensitivity to successfully shape change.
- Team development and leadership: Promoting high-performance teams through targeted development measures that establish international standards and create a long-term knowledge base. Through clear structures and leadership, I create working environments in which employees can develop their full potential.
- Cross-divisional work: Responsibility for company-wide goals and interdisciplinary projects in which departments were brought together, processes optimized and sustainable improvements implemented.
My personal view on change and why state-of-the-art clouds are the future?
I am optimistic about the future, in which digital transformation will be driven by a radical shift towards cloud management. We rely on state-of-the-art cloud solutions that grow with the market, integrate AI agents and seamlessly connect APIs. Standardized processes replace expensive customizations and pave the way for agile, future-proof companies.
By using cloud technologies, companies will realize significant cost savings in the medium and long term. Standardized solutions replace expensive adjustments and enable growth without increasing staff. At the same time, maintenance costs are reduced, while the innovative power of cloud providers, who are constantly developing their platforms, is utilized. This allows companies to harness the full power of the cloud to remain agile and efficient.
Companies face a challenge: reducing costs while generating more profits in order to remain competitive. In terms of digital transformation, this means a mind shift, as you have to think bigger. In my view, we are talking about a business transformation in which technology is the enabler to generate these economies of scale.
The Challenge
The solution is that every company that wants to undergo this transformation must undergo detailed process mapping in order to migrate as many operational processes as possible to a standardized cloud solution. This sounds impossible at first, but it is logical. Most established companies shy away from this, as the conventional process and the development of the new solution have to take place in parallel for a while.
For start-ups, however, I don’t see any obstacle to using XaaS solutions immediately.
The key is to migrate everything to these standards and only keep the minimum of individual adjustments that are really necessary. The result is huge cost savings in IT, maintenance and personnel as well as the use of economies of scale in the future.
Those who rethink now will secure their innovative strength for the future.
The roadmap for a successful transformation
- Process analysis: Examine existing processes in detail to understand where adjustments are necessary.
- Process redesign: redefine processes so that they harmonize with the possibilities of standardized cloud solutions.
- Technology selection: Select the appropriate cloud platforms and tools to match the redesigned processes.
- Implementation and training: Implement the new processes and technologies and train employees accordingly.
- Continuous monitoring and optimization: Regularly review and further optimize the processes to ensure that they remain efficient.
Point 4 in particular, implementation and training, is a huge topic in itself. If the change process is not accompanied professionally from the outset, every attempt is doomed to failure.
